Cedar Tree Project in Oklahoma

Hello OKRA Friends:  I need some help.  I am looking for a company that can make something out of wood chips - could be cat liter or fireplace logs or wood pellets for wood stoves, etc.

I am on the Oklahoma Renewable Energy Council and we have too many Cedar Trees in Oklahoma. The USDA and the Oklahoma State Department of Agriculture have programs for Cedar Tree Removal. 

Do you know anyone that could help on this project?  Please advise. Thank you.
