[OKRA] OKRA & KAB Proposal Invitation for Discussion

As many of you are aware NRC (National Recycling Coalition) has had
financial issues and there are many uncertainties of the future & of the
existence & growth of NRC because of this. KAB (Keep America Beautiful) has
chosen to extend its reach into the recycling community and has made efforts
to partner with many state wide recycling organization to assist in
recycling efforts & focus.  We as a state recycling organization will be
asked to make some decisions over the next month or so about our intended
affiliations and/or partners.  The board would like your input. We are
asking you to provide feedback to the attached KAB proposal over the next 2
weeks. There will be a deadline of January 25th to provide input on this
matter, so please take time to participate in this important discussion.
