<p style="background:white"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";color:black">The Oklahoma Recycling Association (OKRA) Board of Directors is comprised of a very active, all-volunteer board consisting of 11-44 board members (currently
19) including six officer positions, with each elected member serving a 2-year term. Serving on the board includes a commitment to being a unified voice for Oklahoma Recyclers, as well as attending Board of Director meetings, held a minimum of four times a
year, but the board tries to meet every six weeks. Board members must be a voting member of OKRA (or become a member). Attached is a Board Member Job Description with more details. There are eleven seats available for election including all officer positions
(President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and two Executive Committee Board Members).<o:p></o:p></span></p>
