The event will be held in the conference facilities of the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Catoosa. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>The annual symposium provides a valuable opportunity for Oklahoma’s solid waste managers, facility operators and others to obtain useful information from technical experts in the field and to network with colleagues involved with solid waste management operations. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>SWANA certified professionals who attend the Symposium may earn up to 11 continuing education units (CEUs). Transfer Station and Landfill operators who earn SWANA CEUs may also satisfy the ODEQ requirement for refresher training on the Oklahoma Waste Exclusion Plan.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>Running concurrent to this year’s line-up of informative Symposium speakers and interesting stops on the full-day facilities tour, a SWANA Certified Training Course will be offered.
