<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:5.8pt"><span style="color:green">This is a hands-on exploration of applying Lean Management efficiency tools to the issue of environmental waste in the workplace. Over the course of this three month class, participants
will identify and work on a real world environmental problem in their department, producing a revised process that is more environmentally friendly and saves money. A list of some past projects from these classes has been attached.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:5.75pt"><span style="color:green">Workshops are one full day each month, with a private coaching session with the instructor (1-2 hours) two weeks after each classroom day. This course is funded through a grant from
