To be held in Erie on July 25 in conjunction with PROP's annual recycling conference, schools, colleges, local governments and other institutions or individuals in the recycling industry are encouraged to submit a short video on any recycling or waste reduction topic. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=indent1><span style='font-family:"Arial","sans-serif";color:black'>Attendees will vote on their favorite film, the producer of which will go home with a cash prize.
