<P DIR=LTR><SPAN LANG="en-us"></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT COLOR="#555555" FACE="Trebuchet MS">The controversial vote on the proposed marriage of the National Recycling Coalition (NRC) and Keep America Beautiful (KAB) begins this Monday, August 10th at 9</FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT COLOR="#555555" FACE="Trebuchet MS">:00</FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"> <FONT COLOR="#555555" FACE="Trebuchet MS">a.m. ET, remaining open for 16 days, until August 26th. All eligible NRC members will receive an email before the vote time that includes complete voting instructions and a direct link to the online ballot. </FONT></SPAN></P>
<P DIR=LTR><SPAN LANG="en-us"></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT COLOR="#555555" FACE="Trebuchet MS">The email will go to the approximately 4,800 members who were on the membership rolls on June 1st, of which around 95 percent is from affiliate state recycling organizations. VoteNet, the voting system manager for the ballot, will issue the results to NRC on the morning of the 27th. Members can vote electronically, or print a copy of the ballot and vote by mail. </FONT></SPAN></P>
