Get ready, Oklahoma, for an enlightening lunch and learn event - *Butts to
Benches*: Cigarette Recycling. This *lunch and learn* will introduce you to
the fascinating world of recycling cigarette litter away from our streets
into practical items like benches. We'll explore the process, its
environmental benefits, and how we, as a community, can play a part in this
sustainable effort.
Our guest speaker is Lauren Nixon, Program Coordinator at OKC Beautiful.
She works across all programs, with a particular focus on volunteer
engagement and community initiatives such as LitterBlitz, Cigarette Litter
Prevention and Recycling, and Adopt-A-Park.
