Take a look at the informative classes that Zero Waste USA is sponsoring
this spring.  If you are an OKRA member, you are eligible to receive the
affiliate discount.  On February 24th Zero Waste USA is sponsoring a free
networking event you might want to attend and take advantage of this
informational networking session.

Here is a list of the upcoming Zero Waste USA Winter/Spring classes and
first Networking Event for 2024 with Zero Waste USA Affiliates.

   - *Introduction to Zero Waste Class* (this class is a prerequisite for
   the Zero Waste Associate Course. Four-hour online class via Zoom on
   2/1/2024. Affiliate price is $50. More information and registration *is

   - *Zero Waste Associates Course* (this course is a prerequisite for the
   Advanced Zero Waste Planning Class). This course includes 12 hours of
   instruction time, homework, a planning project, an exam, and an evaluation.
   We meet four times, beginning on 2/29/2024, for three hours, and then
   students spend four weeks working on a planning project. On 4/25/2024,
   students present their projects. Affiliate price is $300. More information

   - *Advanced Zero Waste Planning Class* (must have taken the Introduction
   to Zero Waste and the Zero Waste Associates Course before taking this
   class). Learn advanced planning tools during this three-hour Zoom class on

   - *Zero Waste for Businesses and Institutions* (no prerequisites) - join
   industry leaders as they demonstrate how to get businesses and institutions
