[OKRA] DEQ seeks input on proposed changes to OK compost regulations

If you are interested in promoting composting in Oklahoma, please take the
time to read the proposed changes to regulations.  If you have any thoughts
or suggestions, please take the time to comment.  This is an opportunity to
have your voice heard.

The proposed changes to Oklahoma's composting regulations are open for
Public Comment now through January 10th. The proposed rule changes are
specifically aimed at simplifying permitting for small-scale composters.

A Solid Waste Management Advisory Council Meeting (SWMAC) will be held to
discuss and vote formally on the changes.

   - Date and Time: 10am, January 11th at DEQ
