Here is a fun way to get your community recycling!  Consider participating
in the Trick or Trash event this year!

Hello Recycling Friends,

Cox Communications has partnered with Rubicon again in 2022 for their 4th year
of “Trick or Trash” - which engages thousands of people around the country
during the Halloween season. The Trick or Trash team provides free, custom
candy wrapper recycling boxes to schools, small businesses and community
organizations across the US. Once the boxes are filled, they are returned
for processing using a pre-paid shipping label. The wrappers are weighed
and sorted for recycling and a Certificate of Recycling is shared with the
participant, confirming how much would-be-waste was kept out of landfill
thanks to their efforts.

 Additionally, a wealth of educational and promotional assets are provided
to all participants to encourage deeper learning about the role of
recycling within the circular economy and to help encourage collection and
engagement across the community. The educational assets have been designed
for in-person or distanced learning and in close collaboration with the
National Wildlife Federation.
