five years will completely transform residential recycling and maximize the
potential of your community programs and the U.S. residential recycling
system.

Benefits of this investment to both the environment and the economy are
also substantial. Within just 10 years after these investments, the U.S.
recycling rate is predicted to more than double, which would deliver 169
million new tons of recyclable material, generate more than $30.8 billion
in economic benefits, and create almost 200,000 new jobs.
