What's the refund policy?
Full refund if requested in writing to info at recycleok.org by 12noon Oct. 4, 2017. Registration fee is always transferable; email info at recycleok.org with any name changes.
 
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No, if you have registered online and received a confirmation at the email you provided at least 24 hours before the start of the conference, your badge will be ready at the conference check-in desk.
 
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
Yes, but let us know the correct name at the conference check-in desk (or sooner by emailing info at recycleok.org)
