Hi All:
As a follow up to my visit to Oklahoma for your wonderful conference, I wanted to check in on your interest in participating on two initiatives that have been made possible by funding from the OK DEQ.
First, at the conference, some of you indicated an interest in participating in a group that would discuss product stewardship issues on an ongoing basis. These might include regular (monthly or quarterly) calls, and the opportunity to work together on products that are of interest to you and others in OK (e.g., electronics, paint, thermostats, pharmaceuticals, etc.).
Second, PSI currently convenes national gov't workgroup calls on pharmaceuticals disposal. These calls are currently limited to government officials for the discussion of policy, implementation, and related topics, although we might be opening them up in the future to others.
Please let me and Suna know if you are interested in:
1. Oklahoma specific Product Stewardship Council calls
2. National gov't pharmaceutical stewardship calls
A simple YES next to each of those above is all we need to start our list and include you on those initiatives.
In addition, please recommend colleagues who are currently not on this email list if you think that they might be interested in either or both of these groups.
Please let know if you have any questions.
Thanks!
Scott
