Sponsorship and exhibit opportunities are available for the 2015 Oklahoma Recycling Conference, which will be held Tuesday, Oct. 20 at the OU-Tulsa Schusterman Center. The keynote speaker is Scott Cassel, CEO & Founder of the Product Stewardship Institute.

As a conference sponsor, your organization will receive recognition in promotional materials as soon as you pledge your support and thereafter throughout the event.  Should you wish, you may take exhibit space (included with sponsorship). Sponsor exhibits will be given top priority placement.

Conference registration is also included with your sponsorship; one registration is offered at the Copper level and an additional registration is included at each subsequent level.

2015 Sponsor Levels are:
$1,500  Platinum Level
$1,000  Gold Level
$700  Silver Level
$500  Bronze Level
$300  Copper Level

Although sponsor funds will not be needed until we get closer to the conference date, we'd like to include your organization in our publicity as early as possible.  Pledge the amount of your 2015 sponsorship by emailing info at recycleok.org<mailto:ilda.hershey at okstate.edu> to ensure that your organization is recognized early.  Your pledge will also help us determine our budget for this year.

Exhibitor registration will be available soon. Fees for exhibitors are $200 if pre-registered by 10/06 and $400 if registered by 10/14. Non-profit exhibitor fees are $75 if pre-registered by 10/06 and $125 if registered by 10/14. The exhibit fee includes registration for one person. Although you will need to register online to exhibit (once registration is open), you may email your intent to exhibit to info at recycleok.org<mailto:info at recycleok.org> in the meantime.
