COMPOST CAMP 2015




Compost Camp is the annual training workshop for industrial composters, which is hosted and put together by STAR's Texas Compost Council. This is THE premier educational and networking event for industrial composters in Texas, so save the date and mark your calendars for Compost Camp 2015 - and this year, we're moving locations and will be hosting Compost Camp 2015 in North Texas!

This years Compost Camp will be taking place in the north Texas city of Denton, with educational sessions at the Holiday Inn Conference Center. Field activities and demonstrations will be held at the City of Denton Solid Waste and Recycling Department.
WHEN: Wednesday, October 7, 8 a.m. - Friday, October 9, 12 p.m.

Activities will include:

  *   Engaging speakers
  *   Field activities
  *   Equipment demonstrations
  *   Opportunities for attendees to earn TCEQ continuing education units (CEUs)




Registration fee (includes lunches, breaks, & hospitality reception):
For STAR/TCC Members - $100
For non-members - $150
Be on the lookout for registration to open early this summer!
