Dear State Recycling Organizations,

Happy New Year! We are pleased to announce applications are now being accepted for the 2014 Dr Pepper Snapple / Keep America Beautiful Park Bin Grant program. The Dr Pepper Snapple (DPS) Group, an environmental leader in public space recycling, has once again generously funded Keep America Beautiful's Bin Grant Program! The DPS/KAB Park Recycling Bin Grant program was designed to help local government and non-profit partners establish or expand recycling opportunities at neighborhood, regional and state parks, as well as public beaches, athletic fields and other park-like settings.

The DPS/KAB Park Recycling Bin Grant program is accepting proposals until February 11, 2014.  All applications will be submitted via online. Please click here<http://irecycleonthego.wordpress.com/> to more information on the grant including evaluation criteria and the link to apply. This grant specifically provides durable, permanent recycling bins from a menu of options and all recipients will have the bins shipped to their location with all expenses paid. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. Additionally, we're including a descriptive overview of the grant offering below that can be used in a message or newsletter blurb to your members:
