Good Afternoon SRO's,

I wanted to make you all aware of an upcoming Lowe's grant opportunity that
may be of interest to you. Please see the information below. 

This year, the Lowe's Charitable and Educational Foundation is once again
sponsoring the Lowe's/Keep America Beautiful Community Improvement Grants.
The program will award $900,000 in grants to Keep America Beautiful
Affiliates and participating organizations for community improvement
projects to be completed in 2013. 

The Lowe's/Keep America Beautiful Grant Partnership Program consists of
Community Improvement $5,000 Grants and Community Improvement $20,000
Spotlight Project Grants. These grant applications should reflect the need
for a high impact project in your community and you are strongly encouraged
to involve your local Lowe's stores and Lowe's Heroes. 

Please note:

*	Local governments, colleges, civic organizations, schools, and
non-profit groups are eligible to apply beginning February 15, 2013.
*	APPLICATION DEADLINE: MARCH 1, 2013 (there is not a second phase of
Lowe's grants this year, all applications are due March 1)
