Good afternoon,

As some of you may be following, the Product Stewardship Institute has worked with local governments in Oklahoma to develop a Priority Materials from Used Consumer Products Survey to be completed by municipal sanitation directors. If you are able to provide the relevant information for your jurisdiction, please complete the survey by Wednesday, July 11th. We are also hoping that you will help us get the word out about this survey and send it to the best individual in your community to fill it out, any relevant mailing lists that you are a member of, or anyone else you think would be well positioned to complete the survey.

The link to the survey is as follows: http://www.surveygizmo.com/s3/921479/Oklahoma-Priority-Materials-From-Used-Consumer-Products-for-Municipalities-Survey

Thank you for your participation and for your help spreading the word about the survey. We intend to include the information collected by the survey in a fact sheet that will demonstrate the financial and managerial impact that different materials have on communities in Oklahoma.

Please let me know if you have any questions about the survey or the OK Product Stewardship Group.

Warm regards,
Mike
