[OKRA] Free scrap wood pieces available

The FAA in Oklahoma City has scrap wood pieces available on a regular basis.  The wood comes from the packing of various aircraft/aeronautical parts, crates, and shipping pallets.  It is in the form of ply and white pine and it  comes in various sizes/shapes.



Interested parties would need to arrange to pick up the wood from FAA and pass security clearance onto the facility.  Ideally, this wood would best suited for an organization that could use large quantities on a regular basis, such as:



*         A school wood shop.

*         A local composting operation that could shred untreated wood for mulch or compost.

*         A non-profit that may need wood pieces for various projects.
