[OKRA] Tahlequah Recycles Day

November is 'America Recycles' month, November 15th is America Recycles Day.
In honor of this, Tahlequah Recycling Incorporated is organizing an event
Saturday, November 13, 2010 called Tahlequah Recycles Day to help promote
recycling in the Tahlequah, OK area. Special Event Recycling Drop-off will
be available at Atwood's and Reasor's parking lots, 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.
accepting the following items:

 

1.     Cell phones

2.    Electronics (except TVs and computer monitors)

3.    Used motor oil

4.    Aluminum Cans

5.    Newspapers and phone books

6.    All batteries (wet & dry cell)

Our goal is to set the record for waste diversion in Tahlequah. Come by and
drop-off your recyclables. Volunteers will be there to help you. 

 

Proceeds go to a local charity Help-in-Crisis.
