[OKRA] Recycling Seminar in the works

For all of you who are working on getting local recycling programs
started, I wanted to let you know to celebrate this year's America
Recycles Day (Nov. 15), OKRA and DEQ are hosting a recycling seminar for
city officials on Oct. 30 here at the DEQ.  We will have motivational
presentations as well as informative sessions regarding costs & benefits
and available markets.  I will send out more details as soon as they are
available, but wanted to let you know about it now so you can work on
your local officials to encourage their attendance.
